Anna International  Academy (AIA) was established in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on September 2, 2019, by Aklilu Tekali and Luwam Kidane. The academy provides courses on self-discovery, leadership, the art of communication, as well as marriage and parenting. For the first three years after its inception, AIA offered these courses free of charge to Eritreans and Ethiopians globally, both online and in-person. However, after three years, AIA began charging for these courses to expand its vision, reach a wider audience, and support additional staff. Currently, the head office of AIA is located in Calgary, Canada, staffed by eight employees and supported by eight volunteers from various countries around the world.

At Anna International Academy, we are dedicated to helping individuals

discover who they are, find their purpose, and create a vision for their future. However, many aspiring students face financial difficulties that hinder their journey.

In 2024 alone, we provided 70 students with scholarships, going beyond our capacity to ensure that those in need get a chance to learn and grow. Every year, we continue to offer scholarships to individuals who require financial support, driven by our unwavering commitment to their success.
